Capt. Arun Mehta (Founder & Partner)

He is an entrepreneurial and general management leader with 28+ years of commercial and operations experience who has successfully driven quality improvements, business growth, creating winning go-to-market strategies with proven success in building effective customer experience programs and operational excellence.

His previous work experience includes stints with large ship managers and training institutes in a variety of roles including training, quality management and head of a maritime college.

Capt Sreganesh Nandagopal Raju (Team Member)

Enthusiastic young Master Mariner with 14 years of command experience on Bulk carriers, including 5 years of Command on Valemax Ultra Large Ore Carriers.

Passionate about improving safety and encouraging meaningful safety implementation. Skilled at audits, inspections, identifying Hazards, Root Causes of incidents and unsafe conditions.

Strives to implement highest level of safe practices. Has also served as Marine Superintendent for a bulk carrier company, looking after operations and Safety & Quality.

Education / Qualification

Class 1 (Master) UK CoC Higher National Diploma in Nautical Science Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, Glasgow. Year 1997 DNV certified ISM/ISPS/MLC Internal Auditor

Capt. N.V.Suresh (Team Member)

Capt. Suresh has a distinguished 35-year career in the maritime industry, with 15 years of seagoing experience in various capacities up to the role of Master on bulk carriers and tankers, and 20 years on shore. His shore-based roles include 9 years as Principal/Captain Superintendent at DGS-approved marine training institutes in and around Chennai. For the past 15 years, Capt. Suresh has served as an External Panel Auditor and Industry Expert for ISO 9001:2015 with IR Class Systems, and has conducted CIP-GAP audits for pre-sea and post-sea maritime training institutes in the southern region on behalf of IR Class Systems and Solutions (IRQS), Chennai. His background also includes serving as a Marine Surveyor with the Indian Register of Shipping in Mumbai from 2004 to 2006, and 8 years as VP (Marine) and DPA at a ship management company. Capt. Suresh has extensive experience conducting ISM/ISPS/MLC/ISO audits, P&I/pre-purchase inspections, condition surveys, and VDR audits for various types of vessels.

Capt. Gagandeep Singh Boparai (Team Member)

Capt. Gagandeep has sailed on Bulk, General cargo, Gas Carriers & Container vessels with 6 years of command experience on very large Container vessels.

He has worked 2 years in FOSMA, Delhi as Faculty for simulator courses for Masters & Mates, ECDIS course coordinator, and competency courses.

He served as Senior Marine Superintendent for 50+ Container/Bulk vessels in Marine Operations & QHSE departments with 07 years of shore experience in handling various vessel inspections/ ISM, ISPS, MLC audits and incident investigations for the entire fleet.

Capt. Gagandeep has been engaged in VDR analysis and remote audits for last 1 year.
